Review: Joe Nacchio and six other fine Americans at Qwest Communications stood up to protect our privacy from intrusive spying after 9/11. Nacchio's conviction on charges of insider trading is revenge for refusing to surrender records demanded without warrant or judicial finding. It is the right of business to plan in private, moreover it protects investors as it is intended not intended to conceal data from our free markets. And if left alone Qwest would have survived and everyone would be calling Joe Nacchio a hero. Everyday there are reports of our civil liberties being violated by agencies like the NSA. They show us how little they care about employees of organizations hurt by prosecution of our some of best and brightest. This time smart, loyal, hard working Americans were targeted, maybe you and I are next. Do not believe the NSA generated spin; it is all lies, by design, to scare people into surrendering liberty that the NSA and the Bush administration are sworn to protect.

Review: All good and fine regarding the insider trading convictions, but what about the thousands of layoffs and destroyed careers, pensions lost, and families of employees that feel this? Where is the morality and real punishment that needs to be applied here?

Review: Too bad Nacchio doesn't see a problem with him being rich, while the rest of us struggle after giving Ma Bell so many good years!

Review: So I guess your comment about "Qwest making your employees rich by their stock" was false! Will your children's future be affected like my children's future? You took thousands from me. That's OK. Seeing you locked up will make up for that money lost! Enjoy your future behind bars!

Review: Geterdone was used on Martha... How many people must object before you are subject to your actions!
42 counts. Come on -- how many did Martha have?

Review: I was laidoff needing only 4 months to qualify for MSP, or full retirement. It cost me over S140K in my lumpsum and medical benefits for life. I am mad, I hope Joe Nacchio fries.

Review: The Telco business is a laundry. It uses legal money to hide illegal money. This is only the surface of what the Bell System and other telecoms have been doing. The public will never know how much under the table action there is, and has been. I walked away after threats, and danger. You will never know.

Review: Not only did my 401 lose money, but I was laid off after 21 years. I was lucky. Some of the people in my office had more than 30 years and lost a lot more. Several managers lost their pensions. Hey Joe, how about paying back some of that money to the employees?

Review: Yeah, it's pretty sad when the rich have to lie, cheat, and steal just to stay rich. Above all, doing it at the cost of the Qwest employees who were on the front lines telling "The Qwest Story."
