Review: In my experience, many leaders dont really understand their true weaknesses. What the article points out is skill areas, not leadership deficiencies such as hiring and retaining good people. Recognition of one's true leadership attributes is key. I 100% agree with the loyalty comment that is too often the downfall of otherwise sucessful people.

Review: Great article! Great explanation as to why I'm no longer in business, and once again working for someone else. I started a business, did great for five years, then because of blind loyalty to a few bad employees, did not make the necessary changes until it was too late. Take heed. This is great advice.

Review: At times of company crisis if you don't remain loyal to the people that helped you build your company you will weaken the team and will ever after be known as not reciprocating and the team will no longer trust you.
