Review: Re: matt, absolutely, there are cameras out there that use motion detectors to determine when they come on. I've come across quite a few while Googling for ideas on car burglary solutions.

Review: I have a barn in the country that keeps getting broken into. I work aut of state two weeks at a time. I think the thieves know when I'm gone. I have a pole light by the barn that comes on at night. I would like to mount a camera on it some way and catch the thief. I assume a camera that is on all the time is very expencive. Could a video camera come on when there is movement and catch them?
