Review: RIM should utilize absolutely every legal means at their disposal to delay paying a dime to NTP until the Patent Office finishes its review. Once the patents are struck down, RIM will then have legal grounds to request subsequent courts to stay any and all remedies until final resolution of the relevant patent disputes.

Review: I'm kind of surprised that there was no mention of the U.S. government's statement of interest to the judge in this case. Essentially, the government is asking that all federal users, contractors, state officials, localities, and first-responders (e.g., Red Cross) be omitted from any injunction.
