Review: My aunt's husband and I went into partnership on september 01 05 and could not agree on certain trivial matters so we decided to terminate the partnersip on nov. 21 05. I went down to the county clerk's office and picked up the form. I contacted my ex partner' on several attempts but to no avail. He refuses to come with me to a notary to notorized the form before returning it to the clerk's office. Is there anyway that I can officially terminate the partnership in his absence?
