Review: Great story! I worked in manufacturing for 35 years in the metal stamping industry as a tool and diemaker and design engineer. This is such a common problem with all engineering departments, and often undermined the productivity of the whole company! We need more progressive thinkers to stay competitive in today's economy! Review: I have seen engineers too focused on creating the best working features and proudly exclaiming that "their product is the best", whereas the requirements of the market are pragmatic in essence and a "good enough" product is more than enough. A feature alone is worthless. Only features that benefit the customer have value.
