Review: Newegg is the most reliable way I know to get what I need. I will pay a little more to get it from them (I mean very little like 2-3%) because I know when I will get it (fast). I don't even go to computer stores anymore. Most of my customers will gladly wait until tomorrow and I get the part shipped to their doorstep and go install it. It costs less to evernight than to buy it locally and no driving means I can better manage my time and do more in a day.

Review: As long as Newegg keeps their competitive prices and fast shipping, I'll keep using it when I go to configure a new system. I was a long time user of Pricewatch and out of all the companies that were listed there, Newegg was consistently the fastest and always competitive. I generally go to Newegg first these days and check Pricewatch second if I feel like I might get a better deal on something.

Review: Over the last year I have fell in love with the way Newegg handles business. Fast shipping, customer service has always dealt with any problem ive had on the spot no call backs, have placed over 25 orders with them and not one has been late and some were actually early. In that year ive spent roughly $4000 with them and I can honestly say it was worth every penny.

Review: Watch Newegg's rebate deals. No rebate eligibility dates are posed on the ad panels, so buyers assume that the rebate offers are valid. In many cases, they aren't. It's misleading, and quite frankly, a bit stupid to treat customers this way.

Review: Newegg.com is the worst. I bought a LiteOn DVd Recorder from Newegg.com. It cost a total of $129. I had to pay an additional $17 to return it. Total cost $144. I was refunded only 101.99. I had to pay for shipping to me, shipping to them, and $18 Restocking Charge. I'm out the sun of $44 and have nothing to show for it. Beware of this Newegg.com.

Review: Newegg is a great company that luckily has an intelligent customer base. Once that expands much will change, especially if the company goes public. In fact without control of the founders the company will turn into Best Buy, because the customer base is what really shapes a company. Include the morons and bye bye to anything worthwhile especially when stockholders are in control. Not that I'm some pinko or anything far from it. Future oblivion awaits like every other great company that has come, gone public, and been gutted. Today on Newegg you can find information, and you see people challenge comments in a purposeful way, just wait untill it's flooded with people chatting about how they want a computer for pics of their dog, and what setup they need. See the world is truly great without the putzes. All it takes is including them in a business plan to make a company function like poop. Stupid people ruin everything. See ain't I optimistic :)

Review: The guy below has no idea what he is talking about. I've had absolutely no problems returning defective items. In fact, I purchased a 600w power supply for my friend that malfunctioned a month later. I was able to return it for a full refund no questions asked. I think 99% people will agree NewEgg is the best hands down. Then you have the other 1%, haters imo, see below.

Review: NewEgg is not the company of old. It now is all about the bucks. If you have any problem (defect, not what is ordered, and anything else), you will give up trying to get any help. The money is putting the pr out the door. Bruce Raynes

Review: I love NewEgg. I just bought a DVD burner yesterday and it arrived today, standard $4 shipping. It's come to the point where I will not buy a product if NewEgg does not sell it.

Review: Were it not for the fact that NewEgg and ABS are essentially the same company, I'd have given all my business to Newegg. Instead, I use sites like Provantage or Page Computers. Why? ABS Computers stinks as a company. I bought a PC from them in December 2004 that was misconfigured and I got little help in rectifying the situation. I could go on about more customer service issues here, but I won't since this is about NewEgg and not ABS. But as stated previously, since they are related I have no desire to give either any business. Besides, they won't miss me anyway.
