Review: They really missed the mark. Earphones that diminish sound quality and sluggish interface. Wow. I might have lived with the phone, but the Address Book was not supported. All of my meticulously organized contacts with multiple numbers were exploded into individual names and numbers. I know iTunes is not just for Mac folks, but I think they could have at least sewn up that market. I will be very wary of the new phones.

Review: Yes. Motorola ROKR is a total disappointment. I got the Sony Ericsson K750i earlier this year and it already has a 2.0 MP camera, Mp3 player and radio, card slot capable of holding 1GB of data w/infrared/cable. It was sold to me for $300+ US. Now, the Motorola ROKR is just out which has a 0.3 MP camera, no radio, and less functions--and sold for a high price. And now Motorola tells us they will have a 1.3 MP camera in a year. By then other phones will have 3.0+ MP cameras etc. I think Motorola should just stop telling people these things in advance because it just shows how slow their company is in terms of technology.

Review: This is all useless hype. So, Moto will release a cool phone, finally. It'll be 2 years too late. 1 Megapixel? 1000 songs? Sony Ericsson bettered these specs over a year ago with the SE k750i. It syncs with my calendar, contacts, iTunes, iPhoto. I've been watching The Daily Show on it for ages now. Plus, unlocked, it's only $350. Beat that Moto or Cingular.

Review: Great news. Didn't get a ROKR because of the song limit, but 1000 songs will change my mind. Only wish it was in time for Christmas 2005!

Review: Now, we're talking! If the new one holds 1000 songs and is not bulkier than an average cell phone, I will have no need for my Nano anymore. I can carry my cell phone and iPod all in one package. Include the Mini headphone jack and you can plug the phone into a home theater system for good tunes all night long!

Review: That's great news for future Rokr buyers, but are they going to address the 100 song limit on the existing Rokr? I love the phone but even with the 512 transflash card it is capable of holding more songs.

Review: Motorola's counteroffensive may be a little too late. iPod and nano have become hot and frequent topics of discussion and they both spell: Apple. And Apple does not sleep at the wheel, as we all know. Stay tuned for another Apple offensive to take over.

Review: Cingular was desperate to get a music product rolled out -- even though it is clearly inferior to Apple's iPod or the Sprint music store with over-the-air downloads.
