Review: I think Sam is right when he says there are very few tech firms focusing their innovation efforts on customer experience. What makes it especially difficult is aligning all that innovation behind a differentiating idea. How do you get a complex organization to execute a simple idea? That seems like the central problem HP and others are grappling with, and a worthwhile one it is. Go Sam!
