Review: I support pattern law and condemn violations. But I also concern how far it should go. Say a good pattern out there but no one can put it into practice. What is its value then? For sure, Research In Motion is morally wrong and should pay for. But unjustified punishment definitely hurts both business and the innocent investors especially in current economy environment

Review: The NTF infringment claims, without understanding the complexities of patent law standards, appear to lack substance. If the U.S. patent office has already rejected the relevance of these patents and NTF has not applied them to a business enterprise, this company's claim appears to be no stronger than an internet domain "squatter."

Review: They should first disclose the reason why the settlement reached in March 2005 is not working. Then only other legitimate reasons and options could be worked out in a better way.
