Review: Google's real competition is the bit torrent technology. and uh, i can't believe you left out iTunes from this list. It's only the sexiest video 'site' out there.

Review: Your conclusion about Viacom is dead wrong. We're witnessing a revolution in online advertising. The YouTube acquisition is simply a by-product of this revolution. The merger of sophisticated technology operated by PhD's & advertising has given Google the power to make this type of purchase. The only other companies in the world that could've made this buy were MSN and Yahoo - both are working on similar ad technologies. Old Media cannot compete so they cannot buy.
