Review: Well, till the Athlons came out, AMD's chips were underwhelming as far as performance was concerned. Till then Intel rightly dominated due in part to lack of competition and better manufacturing processes. System builders and OEMs had no other choice other than Intel, as AMD's chips and support were not reliable enough. Intel also built an application ecosystem around their chips and motherboards. Seems to me that Intel would have dominated anyway. I don't see how their "incentives" would have changed the situation.

Review: Well, this will form a good example of justice if Intel loses its case. I believe in US judicial system, mostly powerful companies win all the time. EU will at least become fair ground to appeal and fight with big fish.

Review: The short-sightedness of you Americans is amazing. Do you work for Intel or AMD? If not, then you shouldn't care.

Review: One of the reasons why AMD has been gaining shares could also be attributed to the lawsuit file in the US, the anti-trust violations of Japan, and the ongoing anti-trust in Korea and the EU. Having that alone in place might give keep Intel on its toes, and allow its customers who are worried about backlash, withholding of shipment/rebates, etc. This is definitely an interesting subject in recent decades as far as anti-trust practices goes, and actively debated in business/law schools around the country.

Review: AMD is garbage. It's all a scam by AMD's CEO. And it's full of debt. A warning was seen. We all love INTC and don't care about the EU. The market climbs a wall of worries, with B.S. from writers who are trying to cover, so they float old news.

Review: The Europeans should be able to develop items, rather than cry and sue US companies. They have the people to do it, but they'd rather have an easier life than us. (Vacations, etc.) It is easier to go to court and cry.
