Review: I am baffled by who has the US mobile channels in a headlock. In the UK, I have a Vodaphone 'pay as you go' SIM card that I migrate from phone to phone as I choose. If Apple were to produce an iPod with an 'off the shelf' phone motherboard and the usual Apple goodies (visual eye candy, idiot proof interface, lots of memory, iTunes, etc.) I suspect it would outsell even the Nano -at a premium price. This is the gadget fashion of the moment! And if the UK still suffers from Apple's disdain what about the Japanese market?

Review: Motorola did wellwith the Razr. (It looks great, and that counts for a lot in the store). Mororola User Interaction design has always fallen behind the best in the business. If Motorola could learn about aesthetics and brand purity from Apple, to ensure it gets an external appearance as good as the Razr every time, and about good UI design from Nokia it would be a world beater.

Review: It is just a phone with a Walkman inside. Not what I was hoping for. I know Motorola is good and so is Apple, but they sure missed the boat on this one. Or maybe it was just a innertube.

Review: I had been waiting with bated breath for an Apple branded or at least Apple co-designed PDA/phone with music as an option. Instead, I heard this product was coming out so I constrained my expectations. When the phone came out, underwhelmed was the first thing I felt. Huh. A company that makes RAZR phones, working with a company that makes iPods, came out with... this? Huh? Imran

Review: A ROKR is still not a RAZR.

Review: Let's face it, Apple was focused on the Nano. Motorola is focused on its iRadio service. The Rokr was just an answer to the hype surrounding the mobile music concept that caught fire in late 2004/early 2005. I think Motorola will be throwing its weight towards its upcoming iRadio service.

Review: The design of ROKR is a phone that plays music as a benefit. The design of iPOD is a stylish music player. (However, you still need to buy a phone and wear another device to make a call)

Review: I have been using the ROKR phone and it's been one of the best phones I have used so far. It has two great-sounding speakers and the MP3 songs sound awesome on the phone. I don't like the fact that I can only store 100 songs. It would be nice if I could store as many songs as I want.
