Review: Take the time to walk around your stores and don't forget the parking lot. Look in the carts- see what the consumers are buying, tailor your marketing to their needs.

Review: In a recent list of the 400 richest Americans (all billionaires), the Waltons held 4 spots in the Top-10. The best thing the Walton's could do would be to forget the Madison-Ave hype, and start spreading the wealth. First, by treating their workers well. And, then cutting their margins--by selling higher-quality stuff, still at a low price. From all I see, Middle-Americans could sure use a break.
