Hanging Up On Dell?

Review: I was on the phone with the agent for 1 1/2 hours. I was having a hard time understanding why he needed to download, and reconfigure things on my computer. I had installed a Dell printer on this computer one year ago and it took approx 15 min. When I questioned him about WiFi, he hung up on me. Very rude and a very unpleasant experience. Prior to this, I had to make 4 calls and was hung up twice because I asked them to please repeat themselves because I could not hear them or could not understand them. I am concerned that this installation is not complete and would really like to speak to someone about this.

Review: i am also a sucker that bought a dell. i was having software problems and they were trying to charge me $250 to fix it. i was in on the phone for 3 hours telling them that i still have a warranty on my computer and they have to fix it. they told me that my problem was not covered and the only way to fix my computer is if i payed them. a couple of days later my wife contacted my internet service company and they gave her a virus protection program called MACAFEE!!!!! it was FREE it took the problem off the computer and we didn't pay $250 to fix it. It was FREE. DELL TECH SUPPORT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND HANG UP ON YOU OR CALL YOU A LIAR! I WILL NEVER BUY OR DEAL WITH DELL EVER AGAIN NOT WORTH THE PROBLEMS I AM VERY VERY VERY VERY UPSET. THEY NEED TO HELP PEOPLE NOT TAKE THEIR MONEY OR HANG UP ON THEM WE PAID FOR YOUR HELP AND NEVER GOT IT THANKS.

Review: I been routed to so many different departments when calling dell. they don't want to help, just pass you along to somone else. it is very frustrating.

Review: Dell charged me for a piece of equipment they never sent. They said (3 weeks later) all transactions are final and non-refundable. If they think they can get away with it, believe me they will.

Review: Is it true? Does anyone know if it is Dell (financial defaulted loans) Bulletproof or if there is such a bullet? Does Dell shoot an electronic disabling crash bullet/ virus to computers 10 days after the account is shifted over to Dell?s ?United Recovery Service?? Does it make your computer generally unusable (temporally or everlastingly ;) would that not be a felony?

Review: I am a new Dell Dummy. I bought this Desk top on 8-31-2009. To start , the speaker stopped wrking, now the key board is not working properly. Dell mailed me another one it is doing the same thin. Skiping letters and not spacing when itwants. I have been on the phone for at least 4 hours total, with their so called support uinit. I have been iven at least 5 difernt case #'s. Can some one tell me what or where to go to get some help. Big D Very Very Frustrated

Review: Dell customer service is absolutely horrible to go with their horrible computers. They threw $2000 dollars worth of garbage into a box and shipped it to me without even testing it for 1 minute. I have had nothing but problems and have not spoken to ONE SINGLE support representative who can speak English and knows how to ask something other than "Is the power on?".

Review: Faithfull to Dell for many years. Household has 5 computers. Recently purchased a Dell...and the nightmare started. You now cannot understand there customer service. Sent it in twice to be fixed and STILL not fixed. They damaged it twice trying. My husband a (frustrated) called in and explained he needed the laptop fixed properly and then told Dell he would never buy another product from them...they proceeded to hang up on him! We'll here we are 1.5 hours on the phone with Dell and still no resolve. Mouse pads DON'T work. Customer service BAD...hanging up on customers NOT ACCEPTABLE! Good bye Dell Forever...

Review: I got my $1700 computer with burned out pixels and a warped speaker cover. When I called to have it replaced I was on the phone for over 7 hours and transferred 43 times!!!!!! How do you run a freakin business?! After they said they would send a new computer, I got a call that the "in-home" repair guy would fix it. He wanted me to go do a local repair shop and drop it off, that's not "in-home" and HE DIDN"T EVEN FIX IT!!

Review: Refuse to buy deal until they hire Americans again for their Customer Service Dept. so that you can actually get some service. Remember, there is power in numbers! In the meantime, don't buy anything Dell and pass it on to anyone you like and don't want to see get screwed!
