bryan I 100% about walmart and lowes and Home depot. they treat their employees like crap! unions are meant to be there to Protect the workers rights! have unjust wages ,benifits andwork hrs not paying O/T Over time things that you would NOT have in a union . I can tell you first hand How home depot works and is unjust!!! companies need to be held accountable for thier actions. WAl,H/D's. WE NEED a RETAIL UNION FOR THE BIGGEST UNION EVER!!!! I could go on anf florida and their right to work state is a real JOKE!!! And of course UNFAIR !!!!!That law should be CHANGED,CHANGED CHANGED UNION WE STAND DIVIDED WE FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And so the average American is supposed to be tickled to death to get a minimum wage job while the bosses make millions? It wasn't fair years ago when unions were formed and it's not fair now.

Non-Union companies, like walmart, and home depot, are the reason our companys fail. they demand companys outsource to china, they pay below a living wage so most of their emplyees drain tax payed services like health care and food stamps. without union protection, one day we will all be working for $7.00\hr fo walmart.
