dave, they did find a big oil field. problem is, it will be a very long time before they develop it because they have no idea how to do it

There is no shortage of anything, just manipulation of supply to demand more of a price increase from everyone else. Oil is going down. Gee did they found a great big oil field? Why is it going down, read previous sentence.
