The sad thing is that these new market players are not educated about the risks of investing...especially about the fact that you can't sell a falling stock or fund if no one wants to buy it. The "common" investor won't see the fall until it's too late and they won't be able sell off in time to get their money back, and they will still have to pay commissions.Investor education is a painful process for all.

TJ, the underlying stocks in the ETF trade at over 30x earnings, and 4.5x book value. You are referring to the earnings of the fund, not the companies. +30x PE is very high relative to other indices.
