When the Citadel Council delegation sent to Parnack acting as friends and allies, rather than subordinates, the yahg took it as an insult to them which prompt them to attack and kill the ambassadors. , <a href="http://parbucoumus.pa.funpic.de/dangeroustaff.com.html">dangeroustaff.com</a>, dangeroustaff.com, http://parbucoumus.pa.funpic.de/dangeroustaff.com.html dangeroustaff.com, nndw,

'Thank you Ms. Gerdes for this video and article. As a senior at the University of Florida, I''ve been disheartened about graduating during the gloomy economic times. With media organizations in what seems to be a form of identity crisis, I''ve been searching for opportunities to apply my skills in other professional arenas. I found the information in this article really helpful in preparing for my last undergrad semester and will be continuing research on the companies you have featured.'

Teach for America does not give any sign on bonus. The kids who apply to this have to use their own money until the kids themselves convince the school district to hire them. Teach for America does want these same kids to take out loans with Teach for America and almost demands that they do.Please get your facts straight! Teach for America does nothing but take money from the kids that they accept into their program. This is the real scoop!

I agree with ex Deloitte's post on 12/29/09. My experience was exactly the same at Grant Thornton, another large public accounting firm. If you are not a poseur, plan for 2-3 years at this type of establishment then bail.

Deloitte was a good place to start a career, but not a place that a talented person would want to stay and establish a career. The high turnover in the middle ranks of the firm combined with a low level of competency in the senior ranks ensures that new hires receive a lot of responsibility and can be promoted quickly (and rewarded well). However, it's not a meritocracy where the best thinkers and the hardest workers make it to the top, it's a politocracy where the poseurs and politicians make it to the top -- the staff who focus on internal office politics get the pay raises and promotions, while the staff who are focused on doing outstanding client work (where there's little opportunity to engage in office politics) receive small pay raises and delayed promotions, which leads to frustration and quitting. Career advancement at Deloitte isn't dependent on doing outstanding work, it's just a matter of successfully taking credit for outstanding work.
