John Googler Dec 8, 2008 3:39 PM GMT I do not like Google Chrome®, that much. Although I realize that it is fast and has cool features, it really dosen't agree with my videos that I watch on the internet.

An ordinary inet user Nov 17, 2008 8:00 PM GMT If you worry about your privacy, then certainly consider other options like opera. Fancy (reall ?) browsers may cost you a lot without your knowledge.

Rob Nov 13, 2008 10:08 PM GMT Google has done with Chrome what Macintosh did with it's OS, namely run circles around Microsoft by starting with a clean sheet of paper. After finally getting fed up with the constant Internet Explorer crashes & slow performance, this 'beta' version of Chrome already exudes a solid feel & stable performance that IE could only just recently attain.I've been using it against a couple of websites known to bring my IE crashing down - and Chrome sails through them with unflappable ease. The ergonomics are first rate - and easy to adapt to in just an hour or two. I find that just setting up the easy bookmarks ("favorites" under IE) is key to making the transition.I've already forgotten IE and all its clutzy pull-down menus of overloaded bloated "features".If the old adage that "less is more" then this browser has a great future ahead of it.Rob

Chris Nov 13, 2008 2:28 PM GMT I suspect a case of Java vs. JavaScript confusion remains: "... 56 times faster than Internet Explorer ... Java programs"? Shouldn't that be JavaScript?
