Mark telmberk Feb 17, 2011 6:03 PM GMT good article , in my job we hired gdm consulting firm and they improved our customer relationship by 67% ,they are not well knowed but i think they would be in the next 5 years. we now contact them every 3 months to review and help us on new pocedures and trainings .

Lynne Aug 30, 2010 5:09 PM GMT Oh, goody. You listed Exxon as one of these "Best" companies. The company who single-handedly ruined the livelihood of thousands of fisherman and ruined Prince William Sound in Alaska to any kind of crab fishing - even to this day. Think you made a boner there.

Telefonica doesn''t have services on any of the African portuguese speaking countries, their position in Brazil guaranteed through "Vivo" is shared 50-50 with "Portugal Telecom" (or PT), and in Portugal they are not representative in the market at all. So they may be the leading operator in Spanish speaking world, but not in the Portuguese one... just that small correction...'

Each of these three companies deserve the reconigtion they get (that said, I still refuse to by a Mac and I still use Firefox over Google Chrome. I DO however play Nintendo systems, as they have the usually most fun games)'
