CTurner Mar 19, 2011 12:01 PM GMT Of course, after you answer the question you should ask the interviewer, "Where is this company going to be in five years?" If the interviewer can articulate the five year goal, you have an opportunity to explain how you can help the company get there. If the interviewer can't answer the question, either they don't know the answer, or worse, the company doesn't have a five year goal. Either situation should raise a red flag.
